This page explains what personal data fitness.coach collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you exercise your rights over that data.

Data we collect

• Account details: email, display name, locale.
• Training data you create: workouts, measurements, photos you upload.
• Payment metadata from our billing processor (last-4 of card, plan tier) — never the full card number.
• Operational telemetry: session timestamps, IP address, device type, crash reports.

Legal basis

We process your data under contract (to deliver the service you subscribed to), legitimate interest (platform security, fraud prevention), and consent (optional marketing, non-essential cookies — see the Cookies page).

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data from Settings → Privacy. You can also file a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
